"Ambience is great. Interiors are good and impressive. However, Service is very poor. Staff was little slow in response and were not responding to queries promptly. We had pastries and soup but nothing was worth mentioning. Location for this is good and there is lot of scope for business but if only staff would be more responsive. Nobody wants Counter hopping these days. Business should revisit and review the staff behaviour."

"We mostly prefer to have dinner here with family. Most of the time after 7 pm they are out of the most items those are in menu. Available items are good in quality and quantity. The ranges of sweets they have are mouthwatering. They are situated in the 1sf floor of the Urbtech building and can be accessible by stairs and the escalators. Paid parking is available in the building premises and free parking can be done outside the premises. Generally it's not a place filled with crowds."
